A spokesman for Arkansas Secretary of State Mark Martin says that the office should be able to use outside counsel that questions the office's compliance with the state's Freedom of Information Act. Ahead on this edition of Ozarks, how the Children's House in Springdale is trying to help some of the most neglected and abused children in two northwest Arkansas counties. They play Smoke and Barrel Tavern tonight with locals The Chads and Egyptr. Expect a performance including props and color coordinated outfits.
